I must first be honest and say that I was very apprehensive about purchasing higher quality furniture online without ever seeing it nor working with your company prior to my purchase. I knew the brand I was buying was a quality brand, but my experience demonstrated that is only half the battle. However, my initial interaction with you included a QUICK response and the personable service quickly set my mind at ease. It was, to me, a leap of faith to make the purchase. I'm glad I did. I am very happy with the service I received from you (especially helping me change my order to satisfy my needs), your company's preferred delivery service Sun Deliveries, as well as being thrilled with the furniture I received. Unfortunately for them, the local furniture companies in my home town weren't able to come close to your efficiency, so you and your company have earned a customer for what is anticipated to be a complete home furnishing project over the next year. I don't typically write emails like this, but I wanted to let you and yours know that you deserve a big Thank You!
