Bernards will accept claims for returns of damaged or defective merchandise within 90 days of invoice. We reserve the option of repairing or replacing any part (s) found to be defective in workmanship. All items must be inspected by an authorized Bernards representative before the claims can be submitted. Please provide digital photos of all defects.
Returns will only be accepted through the retail dealer who purchased the merchandise.
All merchandise authorized for return must be returned in its original box along with the original invoice information. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Any freight charges or delivery fees associated with returns will be at the dealer’s expense.
