GS Furniture offers a limited warranty of repair or replacement for one year from date of shipment.
Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects. Normal wear is not covered.
GS Furniture warrants its furniture to be free from defective materials and workmanship at time of shipment from our warehouse.
This warranty does not apply to damages arising from neglect, accidental, intentional, or consequential damage, instutional or commercial use, damaged or wear to swivel mechanisms or casters, exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity or misuse of product.
Damage resulting from improper handling or while in transit is not covered under this warranty.
Repair or replacement under this warranty shall be made through the original authorized GS Furniture dealer.
If return is necessary, packing and shipping costs incurred to and from GS Furniture will be the responsibility of the customer.
GS Furniture will repair or replace the product, or an equivalent type and quality if an exact replacement is unavailable.
Freight damage is the responsibiltiy of the freight carrier, GS is not responsible for freight damage and will not accept claims for damages done to GS merchandise during transport.
The dealer and/or consumer assumes all responsibility for claiming freight damage with the carrier.
A defect problem must be reported to GS Furniture service department with 10 business days of shipment.
GS Furniture must receive a digital image of any defect claim.
Claim will be approved or disapproved based on GS Furniture examination of the image and determination of the problem.
If the defect problem can be solved by sending a replacement part GS will provide the part at no charge.
