Two years ago I purchased our bedroom set and recently purchased home office furniture, both times thru Home Galler (HG). Both times we shopped and compared prices, with HG having the best price, cordial and knowledgeable sales and customer service people (Kellie and Nicole among others.
First time around with the bedroom furniture (an expensive set), several items had to go back a couple of times. The delivery company was supportive and HG did not give me a rhard time. Expensive furniture with some flaws. Sometimes "stuff" happens. But HG made good on everything.
Second time, it was office furniture, where I spent much more than originally planned, but the furniture is beautiful. Again compared prices, with HG coming in with the best price. I needed a fast delivery (2 weeks sooner than typically done, and it was actually delivered over 3 weeks earlier. Great job HG! Furniture came in great condition, and Sun Delivery but Sun Delivery needed more manpower to get some of the 500+ pound pieces upstairs. The "reinforcements" came and succeeded. No extra cost to me or any problems. While I tipped more than triple what I had planned to, there was no denying how hard they worked and deserving they were. There were a couple of small problems which were resolved with Nicole at customer service. One remaining issue (back panel of book case), but I have no doubt I will be satisfied.
What I like about HG is that they work hard to make their customers happy. Sure, things can happne, but there is no need to get upset about it because they will always make good on it. While my furniture needs are now met for a long time to come, I recommend them with full confidence.
Lastly, while we are ordering based upon photos we see on our computer screen, everything came in as it was displayed, only looking better.
