Montage Furniture Services is a business unit of Montage, Inc. Montage, Inc. was founded in 1972 as a marketing services company. Since the early 1980's, we have been providing customer services to consumers and professionals on behalf of major corporations, including several Fortune 500 companies.
One of our areas of special expertise is the home furnishings industry. Montage has been a prominent service provider to the Furniture Protection Plan industry since 1983. During that time, we have handled over 4,000,000 calls from consumers with questions or problems regarding their home furnishings. In addition, we have dispatched hundreds of thousands of in-home technician services for stain removal and furniture repair.
