Our delivery went flawlessly, from the phone call to their arrival. The delivery men were professional and courteous. They opened the packing box outside and brought the cabinet inside and placed it exactly where we wanted it. They said they were not allowed to insert the glass shelves, but we didn't mind doing that ourselves later. They answered our questions and made certain we were pleased with the curio before they left. They even folded up the cardboard and hauled it downstairs to our condo dumpster in the parking garage.
