Low Price Guaranteed
If you find merchandise for a lower price within 30 days of your purchase, Home Gallery Inc., will refund the difference between the two orders to you, as long as the order/item: is the exact same item(s) and model number(s); includes the same delivery method and level of service; is from an online-only retailer; is from a Better Business Bureau accreditted retailer; is brand new, factory-direct; is not a Clearance or Closeout item. Orders submitted for our "Low Price Guarantee" must be verified via a written quote from the competing online retailer.
Cancellation & Return Policy
Requests for Cancellation are not complete until confirmed in writing (via e-mail) by your Salesperson. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are not subject to a restocking fee unless the manufacturer has shipped the order. Orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase and before contact from the Shipper are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Orders cancelled or returned after the shipper contacts the purchaser, at delivery, or within 7 days of delivery are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping fees paid by the purchaser, if any, will not be refunded once the shipper contacts the purchaser, at delivery, or within 7 days of delivery. All sales are final for Bedding; Custom Upholstery; Made-to-Order Casegoods, Outdoor Furniture, and Upholstery; Mattresses; Clearance and Closeout items. Final Sale items will not be accepted for return.
White Glove Delivery
This service includes up to 30 minutes of in-home delivery, set-up, light assumbly, and debris removal. Assembly time and use of tools vary by carrier. Please email your salesperson for details pertaining to your order for assumbly time and use of tools. Our delivery partners will not connect, install, attach, or affix goods delivered to existing fixtures, walls, or furniture in your home. The following commonly requested services are not included in delivery set-up: hanging mirrors on walls, installing anything that attaches to a permanent fixture, assembly of cribs, attaching headboards to existing bed frames, or installation of wood/glass shelves.
I had several conversations with Katie that I thought went well. I ordered a piece of Lea furniture for my daughters 4 year old birthday. It was a beautiful wrought iron bed and a matching Lea dual function storage bed. I felt the price of the beds and mattresses were a real good deal. When the furniture arrived I was very happy since it came a bit early and right on time for her birthday. As soon as the furniture guys started to set it up I got the very disappointing news that the wrought iron bed I bought was not compatible with a dual storage unit bed. At that point my daughter already saw the bed and would have been so upset if we didn't keep it especially since we had already taken apart her toddler bed. Thank God my husband is very handy and was able to redrill some holes and make it possible to keep both. There are some poblems like the storage bed does not completley go under and the top mattress is lower on the headboard then it should be. I called the store during the wek since this was a Sunday delivery and left the entire story and message for either Katie or somone to call me back. It has now been several weks and no one has had the courtesy to ever call me back regarding the big mixup. I consider this to be poor follow up and even though the prices are great I would not order from them again and would not refer them to anyone.
