Today I had my dining room furniture delivered. The entire process from start to end was extremely pleasant. The company handled every aspect of the delivery like a well oiled machine. I had phone calls, emails, confirmations and finally delivery. I felt that my furniture was in good hands through the whole process, without ever having to question the process or whereabouts of my furniture.
I received two phone calls on the day of delivery. First, the driver let me know that he was nearby. Next, he let me know when he was outside the house. Finally, John and Jeff brought in the furniture. They were friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. They unpacked the furniture quickly and efficiently. They placed it exactly where I asked them too. I can say without a doubt that it was the best furniture buying and delivery service I have ever had!
I actually purchased several pieces of furniture last year from a major upscale furniture chain, and it was a nightmare!!
