Our return policy requires items to be new and unused, and excludes certain items such as mattresses, foundations, bedding, individual portions of sectionals, cordless power packs, and custom orders. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization form and return shipping information. All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges and a 15% cancellation fee. Return authorization must be requested within five 5 calendar days of delivery, and approved returns must be received at the return address we provide within twenty 20 days from the date the return authorization is issued. For items originally delivered via LTL, UPS, or FedEx, once return authorization is approved, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipment to the return address provided. Returns must be in their original boxes. Refunds will be issued upon receipt, inspection, and confirmation that the returned merchandise is in the same condition as delivered. Orders may be canceled free of charge anytime before they ship. Once an order is prepared to ship, the 15% cancellation fee and shipping charges will apply. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
