Manufacturer Warranty

Coverage for your warranty begins on the date of delivery & will vary by manufacturer. You can find tailor-specific information about the manufacturer's warranty on each individual product page. All decisions concerning the manufacturer’s warranty are made by the respective manufacturer; Home Gallery Stores does not decide the outcome of a warranty claim.

If the item is deemed as defective under the manufacturer's warranty, the manufacturer will advise Home Gallery Stores whether they will a) provide parts and/or b) an allocation of funds towards a furniture technician to repair, or c) replace the product.

Exclusions to the Manufacturer Warranty

Misuse: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents.
Unauthorized Repairs: Any unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications made to the furniture will void the warranty.
Natural Wear and Tear: Normal wear & tear, gradual fading, and damage resulting from prolonged use are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Improper Maintenance: Failure to follow the recommended care and maintenance instructions, including cleaning and upholstery care, will void the warranty.
Delivery or Transit Damage: The manufacturer's warranty does not cover damages claimed to have occurred during the shipping or delivery process.
Commercial Use: The manufacturer's warranty is intended for residential use. Using the furniture in a commercial setting will void the warranty.

5-Year Guardian Protection Plan

Don't let that first spill ruin your new furniture! In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, Home Gallery Stores also offers the Guardian 5-Year Protection Plan. This plan offers comprehensive coverage to safeguard your furniture from small accidents.

If Guardian approves your claim, they will either replace, repair or send parts to satisfy your warranty claim. Report all warranty claims to Guardian Protection Plan within 30 days of the occurrence.

What’s Included?

Accidental Damage

The Guardian Protection Plan covers accidental damage, such as spills, stains, and damage caused by pets.

Structural and Mechanical Issues

The Guardian Protection Plan includes coverage for structural and mechanical problems covered by the manufacturer's warranty after the manufacturer's warranty period expires.

Peace of Mind

With the Guardian Protection Plan, you can enjoy your furniture worry-free, knowing that you're protected against unexpected mishaps.

Exclusions to the 5-Year Protection Plan

Guardian protection plans are specifically intended for residentially-used furniture within the United States.
Guardian protection plans do not extend coverage to the following product categories: lighting, bedding, mattresses, bathroom furniture, fireplaces, pet beds, outdoor rugs, home decor, and accessories.
Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs related to any replacement items that Guardian may provide under the plan.
