Coverage for your warranty begins on the date of delivery & will vary by manufacturer. You can find tailor-specific information about the manufacturer's warranty on each individual product page. All decisions concerning the manufacturer’s warranty are made by the respective manufacturer; Home Gallery Stores does not decide the outcome of a warranty claim.
If the item is deemed as defective under the manufacturer's warranty, the manufacturer will advise Home Gallery Stores whether they will a) provide parts and/or b) an allocation of funds towards a furniture technician to repair, or c) replace the product.

If Guardian approves your claim, they will either replace, repair or send parts to satisfy your warranty claim. Report all warranty claims to Guardian Protection Plan within 30 days of the occurrence.
The Guardian Protection Plan covers accidental damage, such as spills, stains, and damage caused by pets.
The Guardian Protection Plan includes coverage for structural and mechanical problems covered by the manufacturer's warranty after the manufacturer's warranty period expires.
