Rewards

• Reward Points are not awarded for purchases made before the Effective Date of September 1st, 2015.
• Reward Points are not redeemable for cash.
• Reward Points are not awarded for purchases of gift cards and for purchases paid for in whole with Reward Points. The balance of a purchase paid for in part with Reward Points is eligible for Reward Points.
• If the Net Amount of a Rewards-EligiblePurchase changes for any reason (e.g., return), the number of Reward Points awarded for the Rewards-Eligible Purchase will be adjusted to reflect the modified Net Amount.
• Reward Points will be credited to a customer’s account within approximately two (2) business days after the successful delivery of each Rewards-Eligible Purchase.
• Reward Points awarded are rounded down to the nearest hundred dollars.

Reward Points can only be redeemed and applied as a credit against a purchase from Home Gallery Stores. Reward Points cannot be used to purchase gift cards or gift certificates. Reward Points are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, except to the extent required by law. To redeem Reward Points, fill in the number of Reward Points to redeem in the applicable input field during the checkout process. Reward Points may be combined with one (1) Home Gallery Stores coupon code only, but not with any other Home Gallery Stores promotion, offer or other discount. No credits or refunds will be issued for any reason after Reward Points have been redeemed, including for unused Reward Points, except as described in “Returns” below.

If a customer returns an item that was purchased in whole or in part using Reward Points, the return will be processed in accordance with Home Gallery Stores’s return and exchange policy. If the return is accepted by Home Gallery Stores, the Reward Points applicable to the returned item will be credited back to the customer’s account.

Members can check the Reward Points balance in their accounts at any time by logging in at My Account. A valid email address and password are required to view the Reward Points balance of an account. Home Gallery Stores is not liable for any failure, delay or error in crediting Reward Points to an account. Each customer is responsible for any and all activity occurring in or through his/her account, including the redemption of Reward Points, whether or not the activity was authorized.

If a customer does not make a Rewards-Eligible Purchase and use his/her Reward Points during the Redemption Period (see above), the relevant Reward Points will expire and no longer be available to the customer for redemption towards eligible purchases.

Reward Points and any other right, obligation or benefit of the Rewards Program may not be transferred, assigned, sold, traded or bartered by any customer or any other person, without Home Gallery Stores’s prior written consent, which Home Gallery Stores may withhold in its sole discretion, and any attempt to do any of the foregoing shall be null and void. In addition, Reward Points are for the customer’s personal use only. Customers may not aggregate Reward Points from multiple accounts or use Reward Points for the purpose of purchasing products from Home Gallery Stores on behalf of others or for the purpose of reselling such products to others.

Reward Points are only awarded after completion of order.
