My furniture was delivered at 9:45 pm on Sunday night. I was concerned the driver would not be able to reach my house on a 1800 ft snowy driveway that winds through the trees at night in the dark.

Everything went perfectly. The driver was amazing and was able to back down the driveway! That took great skill. They built the furniture here and it is just beautiful. I could not be happier with the whole process. I'm not even upset that I had to change my headboard because the one I wanted was discontinued. This one is beautiful and I am very happy. Just wanted to let you know. It was a leap of faith to order furniture online and I am so glad I did!

Just a quick update, the curio was delivered Saturday morning, set-up and the delivery team gone by 9 a.m. The truck had broke down in route which delayed the shipment, but they did keep in touch with us along the way so we knew what was happening. They were great!

I wish I had the time (and the memory) to provide all the details of my experience with Home Gallery Stores Customer Service, but I don't so I will try to do my best as concisely as possible. In June, 2013 I ordered about $8K worth of furniture from Hooker Furniture through Home Gallery Stores (bookcase, hutch, credenza and executive desk). I had multiple issues, literally too many for me to remember, but Katie Holcomb from Home Gallery Stores Customer Service was as helpful as one could possibly expect from a customer service representative.

Like most people, I am very reluctant to make such a large purchase online, without actually being able to see the merchandise or talk to the people you are buying from. Let's face it, you are taking somewhat of a gamble that you won't be ripped off. When my order arrived via Sun Delivery, there was a major problem in that the executive desk would not fit up the stairs and around the corner and into my home office. Certainly not Home Gallery's fault and not Sun Delivery's either. Well, a little bit HG's fault because the web site said it came apart for delivery, but it was all in one piece. Long story short, they arranged for a furniture tech to come and take it apart, move it upstairs, and reassemble it. There were also some nicks that they needed to repair, which they did at no charge to me (as I would expect).

There were other issues with the top of the desk that they ultimately fixed by completely replacing the top of the desk. While I'm guessing Hooker ate the cost of the replacement, with all the trips from Sun Delivery (original and replacement parts) and the furniture tech (probably 6 visits in all), by now I knew no one was making any money on this $8K transaction. But I was very satisfied that Katie stuck with me and continued to work as a liaison between HG and Hooker to solve the numerous problems I had.

Fast forward about 3-4 months, and I noticed that the replacement desk top (probably a $1500 part by itself) was coming apart on 3 of the 4 corners. While I was afraid that I might get a reply that "sorry, it's out of warranty or you should have noted that before the delivery people left" or something like that, I was thrilled when Katie agreed to work with Hooker again to solve the problem. Long story short(er), they ended up replacing my entire desk, at no cost to me again! That far exceeded my expectations so I feel at minimum I owe them a fair review of my interactions with them. I can honestly say I have never had a better customer service experience for a sale of this magnitude in my life (or probably any sale for that matter). I find it hard to believe some of the negative comments I've seen on here are for the same company I dealt with for about 6-8 months for problem after problem (almost none of which were their fault). I have to give Hooker Furniture some credit too, although most of the quality issues were their fault they did ultimately make the situation right with me (probably with a lot of arm twisting from Katie I would imagine).

I will not even consider buying online from another furniture store in the future. I hope my experience will help others in deciding upon an online furniture retailer. Believe me, if I were able to list every single instance of the back and forth I had with Katie you all would be shocked that a company would do so much to make an order right.

I realized that I had a couple of big limbs that would hit the top of their truck, so I met them down at the highway in front of my gate and backed up my pickup truck and they rode in the back to my house and the whole process took about 20 minutes. I was very impressed that they asked to wash their hands before they picked up the piece of furniture to bring into the house after they unpacked it. Thank you so much and I will be looking soon to purchase a sectional. (And I know about measuring) I say that because the men delivering were happy that I had everything ready and we arranged to get the piece to the back to my house which sits back 1200 feet off the highway and they told me that some people order without measuring and then they can't get the furniture into the house. I made sure when I made this order and I will highly recommend you to anyone. I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the whole process of the order.

I felt compelled to write a review based on our experience with ordering from your site. I was initially skeptical about ordering a kid's bedroom set from an online store but your prices were the best I could find. I was given a 6-8 wk delivery time frame and it was delivered at the 4wk mark!
The delivery team called us the night before to give us a 4hr window and then the morning of to give us a better estimate. They were on time and very professional. The furniture looks amazing and it was wonderful to not have to drag two little kids to the store. I couldn't be happier with this process and the quality of the furniture.

I am 65 years young and have in my life time bought furniture from various stores, with out a doubt this has to be the best ever. when they rate their products it goes from one to ten and ten is the best, well I bought a love seat rated at a six and believe me it should be rated an eleven. I also bought a recliner and I can say the same for it. I purchased a Lea My Style Youth Bedroom for my son. The customer service at Home Gallery is awesome (Shari, Laura) ~ the delivery company was timely and professional, put all the pieces together and were amazing. I had a subsequent problem with the trundle unit that broke, and Home Gallery was kind enough to negotiate with the manufacturer for a new unit on my behalf and contribute to the costs of shipping (I did not purchase any protection plan). They did not have to do this ~ it was totally unexpected.

Two years ago I purchased our bedroom set and recently purchased home office furniture, both times thru Home Galler (HG). Both times we shopped and compared prices, with HG having the best price, cordial and knowledgeable sales and customer service people (Kellie and Nicole among others.

First time around with the bedroom furniture (an expensive set), several items had to go back a couple of times. The delivery company was supportive and HG did not give me a rhard time. Expensive furniture with some flaws. Sometimes "stuff" happens. But HG made good on everything.

Second time, it was office furniture, where I spent much more than originally planned, but the furniture is beautiful. Again compared prices, with HG coming in with the best price. I needed a fast delivery (2 weeks sooner than typically done, and it was actually delivered over 3 weeks earlier. Great job HG! Furniture came in great condition, and Sun Delivery but Sun Delivery needed more manpower to get some of the 500+ pound pieces upstairs. The "reinforcements" came and succeeded. No extra cost to me or any problems. While I tipped more than triple what I had planned to, there was no denying how hard they worked and deserving they were. There were a couple of small problems which were resolved with Nicole at customer service. One remaining issue (back panel of book case), but I have no doubt I will be satisfied.

What I like about HG is that they work hard to make their customers happy. Sure, things can happne, but there is no need to get upset about it because they will always make good on it. While my furniture needs are now met for a long time to come, I recommend them with full confidence.

Lastly, while we are ordering based upon photos we see on our computer screen, everything came in as it was displayed, only looking better.

Received our Palliser sofa and love seat this past week. It was in excellent condition and delivery was fine. From order to delivery it was about 2 months. A shorter time than what we were expecting to wait so that is great. The online and phone service was great also. We recently purchased a Pulaski Ridgewood Cherry Curio from Home Gallery Stores. When it was delivered we didn't notice the front 2 leveling feet were missing - they got us replacement feet right away and sent someone out to install them! I couldn't be happier with their service - I was worried since the conditions clearly state that all problems have to be found and the item refused at delivery, but they came through. I'll be buying from them again. I did some advance research on another big on-line company just before I bought and am very happy I chose Home Gallery instead ( they were about $10 more -- very well worth it).

I recently purchased a dining room set which I saw at a local furniture store. Not only did I save $600 for the exact set, but the dining table arrived in 5 weeks instead of the 8 to 9 weeks as suggested. The delivery service was awesome. They contacted me one week prior to delivery and they also contacted me 45 minutes prior to delivery. The gentlemen with A&O were extremely nice and courteous. The entire shopping experience was awesome. I have already recommended Home Gallery to several relatives and friends. I will never purchase from a furniture store again. Our experience with Home Gallery was very pleasant. We ordered the Wynwood Granada Collection dining room set and the marble top buffet. I was impressed with the quick response from Kellie and the discount we received. The customer service was exemplary. Our furniture was readily available at the factory and we received the delivery in 2-1/2 weeks. The delivery company, A&O delivery, gave us a courtesy call to let us know they were in receipt of our furniture and called again with our delivery date and time. On the day of delivery, we received a call to say they were in route and 45 minutes from our residence. We were very pleased with the ENTIRE process with Home Gallery and the delivery company. The dining room table set looks very elegant and stately. We just love the buffet with the marble top but the marble is more slate grey in color (look at the close up pictures on the website). We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the buffet (large and taller than expected) but we are pleased. We would definitely recommend Home Gallery.

Best online shopping experience! I purchased a Catnapper living room set, and emailed for a discount. When I got the email I noticed that fabric color listed was not the one I wanted, so in fear of recvg the wrong color, I ordered at full price. To my wonderful suprise, two days later, I recvd the discount anyway, my BML account was credited. Shipping states 5-10 weeks. On the exact day, 5 weeks later I recvd a phone call for delv in two days. The delv was on a Sat with a window from 12-4, which was perfect. Delivery company was Home Direct USA. They were very nice and very quick, I think it took all of 10 mins for them to bring in a chaise, a sofa and a recliner.
And anyone look for comfort, I would recommend a Catnapper. Just be prepared to not want to get off of it even at bedtime. I bought the Jackpot collection with power reclining. The power reclining is addictive, you'll never go back.

The china cabinet we received was even more beautiful than I anticipated. The delivery was on time, and the delivery team communicated with me every step of the way. The delivery team was a bit confused on the set-up (the lights on the cabinet wouldn't come on) but my father figured out that the wire simply wasn't connected at the top of the cabinet where the wires go into the cabinet. It is a beautiful piece, and the delivery team was very careful and patient. I would order again and have recommended your site to others.

I LOVE my Pulaski bedroom suite! I had never heard of Home Gallery, but I love Pulaski furniture. The quality is the best! So, I took a chance buying online, and very glad that I did. I saved $1300. The order was received exactly 30 days after I placed it. The delivery team from A&O could not have been any nicer.
The only negative was the scheduling of the delivery. I was told it would be between 2-5, and because of other deliveries, it was 9:15 p.m. before they arrived. It would have been nice for someone to have called me earlier and let me know they were running behind schedule. Also, they did not remove the packing boxes, and now I have to take them to the dump because our city will not pick them up.
But I will definitely recommend and use Home Gallery again.

Our Sun Delivery team of 2 men were skillful and hardworking. They delivered an entire bedroom suit (King Size Bed, Chesser, Drawer Chest, Mirror and Night Stand) to the second floor of our home. This was a big job that these men made look easy. From the time they arrived, until the time they left, was less than one hour. These men were courteous and professional. We lost everything due to Hurricane Ike. Finding the right bedroom suite to replace the Kincaid set purchased 25 years ago was going to be difficult, until we found Home Gallery. We were very nervous about the potential for damage during transit. The furniture arrived yesterday, and we were shocked to say the least. 1st, the compliments. The recliner sofa looks great! The people at A & O delivery are wonderful. I had some problems and talked to a lot of different people there and they were all so helpful. Here's my complaint. Through my own fault, the sofa would not fit thru my doorway, so, it had to go back and was redelivered. It cost me an additional $600 for re-delivery fees, U-haul van and movers to hoist it thru the 2nd floor window. Once it was unwrapped, there was a hangtag attached that said, for "easier delivery", the sofa could be taken apart, and each of the 3 seats taken off the metal rail. Had I had that information prior to the 1st delivery, I could have taken it apart and moved it in myself. To have this info available only AFTER the sofa is delivered and unwrapped seems a bit dumb.

I had several conversations with Katie that I thought went well. I ordered a piece of Lea furniture for my daughters 4 year old birthday. It was a beautiful wrought iron bed and a matching Lea dual function storage bed. I felt the price of the beds and mattresses were a real good deal. When the furniture arrived I was very happy since it came a bit early and right on time for her birthday. As soon as the furniture guys started to set it up I got the very disappointing news that the wrought iron bed I bought was not compatible with a dual storage unit bed. At that point my daughter already saw the bed and would have been so upset if we didn't keep it especially since we had already taken apart her toddler bed. Thank God my husband is very handy and was able to redrill some holes and make it possible to keep both. There are some poblems like the storage bed does not completley go under and the top mattress is lower on the headboard then it should be. I called the store during the wek since this was a Sunday delivery and left the entire story and message for either Katie or somone to call me back. It has now been several weks and no one has had the courtesy to ever call me back regarding the big mixup. I consider this to be poor follow up and even though the prices are great I would not order from them again and would not refer them to anyone.

I received my furniture order on Friday and it is absolutely stunning!! I had to wait a bit longer then most as this was a new collection by Lexington (Long Cove) and the upholstery items caused a bit of a delay. The shipping company then had to build a truck that was coming to California from North Carolina as well; which took a few weeks. The total time took just over 14 weeks from placing my order to delivery but it was well worth the wait!!! The collection is absolutely beautiful and to be able to get this quality furniture for such amazing savings made it worth the wait as well. I saw this bed at Home Gallery, than I saw it at a local store, but it was much cheaper at Home Gallery. They would not price match so I ordered it from Home Gallery and saved over $350! It took about 5 weeks to receive (about 1-3 weeks less than estimated). The delivery/assemblies guys were great. I would definetely purchase something from Home Gallery again!

I ordered a Shermag china closet and trolley from Home Gallery. Although they said my order would take 6-8 weeks, it ended up taking 5 MONTHS for my order to be completed. The staff was helpful, but they should have worked harder to push the order through to expedite things. Anyway, everytime I called angry, they were too nice for me to stay upset. When the furniture arrived it was better quality than I had hoped for. You can't buy furniture this good for the price anywhere else. I guess it was worth the 5 month anticipation. Just don't plan any parties 8 weeks from now expecting to have your stuff. And yeah, believe it or not, I'd still buy from them again. Good things are worth waiting for. I ordered a Hillsdale Madison Bed on April 2nd. Order was placed with Hillsdale on April 6th per an email from Katie at Home Gallery. The bed arrived today (April 14th) via FedEx ground (Less than 2 weeks from date of order, and a full 2 weeks earlier than Katie had anticipated in her email). I didn't get to inspect the bed on arrival as FedEx ground left the bed at my front door. Upon inspection I noticed a couple of small blemishes on the posts but not enough to complain about. I assembled the bed in a little over an hour. It looks great and I am very happy with my purchase from Home Gallery. They had the best price, and including the frame (some other internet stores cost more for headboard and footboard only). I will definitely keep Home gallery in mind for future purchases.

This case is awesome. We are using it to house our fine mineral collection. It is much prettier in person and is built really well. I would have liked more than one light but the one that it does have has two settings, high and low. At low it sets the ambiance at high it lights up everything in the case. Our delivery went flawlessly, from the phone call to their arrival. The delivery men were professional and courteous. They opened the packing box outside and brought the cabinet inside and placed it exactly where we wanted it. They said they were not allowed to insert the glass shelves, but we didn't mind doing that ourselves later. Stunning Sectional! High End!
Just received this sectional yesterday, it is just gorgeous. I had a custom configuration made for me so that it was entirely symmetrical (omitted chaise and substitued RF piece instead) and we are using it in our great room. The fabric is very high quality and the design of the sectional with the varying heights and the nailhead trim is just beautiful. Overall very pleased, the only criticism I would have is that it could have been a bit more comfortable. This is my third purchase of furniture through Home Gallery and as a frequent and value conscious shopper, I generally have not been able to beat their prices, even on high end pieces, like this one. Thanks very much for a great experience all around.

He often falls asleep in it. I use the Ashley couch, to relax in, while I watch my TV shows. They are both wonderful pieces and we love them!!

Omigosh!!......I'm.....I'm....I don't know what to say..............My eyes are welling with tears.........I honestly don't know what to say........I'm honestly sitting here wondering, "Are there really businesses that are THAT good to their customers? Businesses who treat people as more than just another sale?....." Then realizing that your company is made up of individual people who obviously care very sincerely about the folks they're doing business with.....I can't speak for other businesses, but your company obviously is.....Is that good to their customers! Or maybe I'm wrong. Maybe it's just Katie, Hilary, Nicole,and Suzanne who represent Home Gallery in such a superlative way.....Which ever is the case, however many employees Home Gallery has, you guys reflect an attitude and a work-ethos that brings the phrase, "customer service" to a level I've frankly, never experienced before.
If you four offered and taught a seminar on customer service, it would revolutionize the way business is done. Seriously. Change is a word bandied about a lot these days. But the way you guys do business should be the example for all. Making that change could begin with just the four of you explaining to a bunch of "money and numbers is the bottom line!"-type folks that that really isn't the way to approach it. In treating me so personally, with such obvious care and concern you've made a friend and advocate for life! I wish I could talk to the CEO of your company to tell him or her how rare this is in the business world. You are the people who make or break this company and the "powers that be" should recognize that, reward it, and work like crazy to spread this beautiful approach to customers to every store, department, level, and room of the company and beyond.....from the cleaning crew to the owner!
You guys have set a VERY high bar! ....in the way you communicate, the extra effort you give to the customer, the sincerity you feel, the "creative thinking" you use to solve problems, your "stay in touch" emails always keeping the customer up to the minute on their situation....I'm blown away! If I were going to start a business of my own the first thing I would do would be to steal you guys away from Home Gallery! I'd offer you salaries you couldn't refuse, free moving expenses.....anything I could to get you to work for me......Because with folks like you I would be completely confident my business would not only be successful, but would absolutely take off and grow exponentially!
All I can say, Katie, is "Thank you!" Thank you from the bottom of my heart for treating me like a person and not just another sale. Home Gallery kept in touch with me throughout my purchase from start to finish, and I am very pleased with the service. I went to work the morning of the delivery, and the driver called me as I had requested and gave me thirty minutes to arrive home. I had told them that I only needed fifteen minutes. The truck was here when I arrived. The furniture was wrapped from top to bottom with padding. One delivery gentleman came in to see where the furniture would be placed. They carefully removed the pieces from the truck and carried each heavy piece up a flight of stairs and placed them as I requested, removed the padding from each piece, and allowed me to inspect them. There wasn't a scratch or blemish on them. They left, and I returned to work and could not wait to return home to my furniture. Pleased does not nearly describe how I felt about the service, the delivery men's graciousness and respect, and care that they took with my beautiful new furniture. I ordered my living room furniture on 09/21/2013 and it arrived 10/22/2013; way ahead of the 7-9 week time frame you quoted. The delivery men (Joe & Timmy) were courteous and overly careful with the delivery and set up. They even left the truck down at the end of the driveway and carried the furninture up the drivelway to avoid rolling on the lawn (I have a 1-car wide driveway) or damaging the retaining wall along one side.Joe called me multiple times that evening to update me as to when they would get to my house. There was no damage to the furniture and they had no problem allowing me to inspect each piece; Joe actually insisted that I did. Barbara, I am so thankful to you for the discount and to Home Gallery Stores for having the White Glove delivery service at no additional cost. Pulaski Curio Cabinets just delivered . Just wanted to say that we were so pleased with the curios and they look fabulous on my living room wall. I purchased two and placed them about two feet apart and they complement my living room furniture fabulously. The delivery actually occurred a few weeks earlier and the delivery service was very polite and informative in arranging the delivery. The delivery men (two) were quite courtesy and removed the curios from their packaging and brought them into the house with professional delivery service. I am sending this email to you because I absolutely love my furniture. It came much earlier than I expected in 4 weeks instead of the 6 to 8 weeks which I was quoted. I also thought it was being shipped separately. I thought the tables were being shipped and then I would be receiving my couch and chair in another shipment. Much to my surprise, it was all in one shipment. The delivery and set up was amazing. I have recommended Home Gallery Stores to two friends and also I was having problems with my cable for my TV. I called for assistance and was speaking to a female technican and while by tv cable was resetting, I began telling her about my furniture. I recommended Home Gallery Stores to her as well. Today I had my dining room furniture delivered. The entire process from start to end was extremely pleasant. The company handled every aspect of the delivery like a well oiled machine. I had phone calls, emails, confirmations and finally delivery. I felt that my furniture was in good hands through the whole process, without ever having to question the process or whereabouts of my furniture.
I received two phone calls on the day of delivery. First, the driver let me know that he was nearby. Next, he let me know when he was outside the house. Finally, John and Jeff brought in the furniture. They were friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. They unpacked the furniture quickly and efficiently. They placed it exactly where I asked them too. I can say without a doubt that it was the best furniture buying and delivery service I have ever had!
I actually purchased several pieces of furniture last year from a major upscale furniture chain, and it was a nightmare!!

I'm just writing to confirm that I have received my Broyhill doorchest and Pleasant Isle Paula Dean chairs. They are in great condition and I love them.
I must say I was quite impressed by your delivery men. They called to let me know when they were 20 minutes away. They arrived and I watched from my window as they very meticulously removed the furniture from their truck. They were not hasty nor impatient and they handled the furniture with much care. When they came into my home they conducted themselves with such etiquette, such professionalism; very respectably. They greeted me and asked where did I want the furniture. They unwrapped it care?fully!
And I must add something that you may not get. They were very presentable in appearance, looking well rested, very clean and into their job at hand. For me this is quite important?it eliminates the intimidation factor of strangers being in my home. This made me feel very comfortable having them in my home.
I was so pleasantly surprised, especially in light of the distance your service travels from.
I also must add that during the wait period from the time I was informed that A&O would be delivering my furniture, any time I called with questions, and that was quite a number of times, I was always, always greeted with politeness, patience, always got a very timely call back and what ?took the cake? for me was that several of my conversations with your representatives ended with ?Have a blessed day? from your representatives. I say that is priceless representation! (I have to tell you I asked myself on more than 1 occasion after dealing with your group, ?Who are these people??)
I can only end by saying your organization is a ?Class Act!?

After searching the web for better pricing on Ashley design furniture because its expensive everywhere, I come across Home Gallery Stores. So far, i cant beat the good service or pricing of Home Gallery. The even though the delivery can take quite a while depending on which item you purchase (this being my third). The Rep kept me up to date on the situation with stock and delivery info. It was well worth the wait. Easy assembly on everything i've ordered. Due to some work on our house we have a faux wall in our living room causing the length of the walls to be shorter that normal. Because of this we were unable to find a "normal" size sectional sofa that we could both agree on. We found this sofa at another store and ordered it, but unfortunately after many delays they were unable to deliver the product. We searched online and found it at Home Gallery Furniture and I was skeptical at first about their awesome home delivery service being included, I really thought it was too good to be true. Turns out that it's not. We received the product faster from Home Gallery than we did from a brick and mortar furniture store 4 hours away from us. They delivered the sofa, we checked the pieces and the delivery men did an excellent job bringing in the sofa and putting it together. I was very pleased with all the services from Home Gallery!
